The special regime of isolation in the 313 prison '41' bis will no longer be functional. 

Local media reported that the prisoners that suffer their sentence in this regime will be transferred in Peqin prison.

The decision was taken by the General Director of Prisons, due to the low number of prisoners that were transferred in this regime. 

The number decreased even because a high number of prisoners agreed to cooperate with the special prosecutor's office and they will be kept isolated in the capital to maintain their physical safety and at the same time to be near SPAK. 

Actually there are 40 cells in Peqin prison that will be used for the regime 41 bis
