The Actor and Director, Edmond Budina has reacted harshly against the DCM that determines the transfer of the land of the National Theatre to the Municipality of Tirana.

In a statement to the media, Budina stressed that the DCM in question seriously violates the Constitution, while attacking the Prime Minister, calling him a coward.

"We are here again to denounce another vandal, unconstitutional, criminal act of a criminal government. This decision, this DCM seriously violates the Constitution and those who do this are cowards. The Prime Minister does not sign it himself, but leaves it to some others, as a coward. If he has the courage, he should sign himself.

Those who have signed up for justice reform, must come out and say that this reform is not working. We do not give up. We do not tire, until justice comes to an end. We are for the citizen to gain his right. We will not withdraw, in all Albanian and international instances. We are to establish justice in this country, because this country has fallen," Budina said.
