Albania Reports Six Damaged Homes after Florina Earthquake
The tremors of Sunday's earthquake that fell in Florina, Greece, were mostly felt in the Devoll area at the border with Greece. According to the data so far, there are 6 reports of damage to homes, 2 in Bilisht, 2 in the village of Mançurisht and 2 in the village of Shuec.
Residents have notified local authorities about the situation. According to the communication with mayor Eduart Duro, the civil emergency groups have started the field verification for the reported cases.
It is said in advance that the apartments that have been reported for damage are old and depreciated apartments, which have had problems before. However, at the end of the verifications, it will be decided whether we are dealing with serious damage from the earthquake, whether the dwellings are habitable or not, and then measures for intervention will be taken.
