The court of Durrës has imposed the security measure "prison arrest" for 50-year-old F.H., who was arrested three days ago accused of having sex with his 27-year-old niece against her will. 

As reported, the judge of the case was Paulin Çera, who did not accept the request of the defence for a more lenient security measure. The accused with the initials F.H., has not accepted the accusations filed by the Prosecution against him. 

The citizen with the initials F.H. fell into the hands of the blue uniforms two days ago, where in the notification of the Police it was said: “The specialists for the Investigation of the Crime arrested and detained the citizen F.H., 50 years old, resident in Durrës, declared wanted for the crime "Sexual or homosexual intercourse with people against their will", as it is suspected that he had sexual intercourse with his 27-year-old niece.
