The leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha has confirmed this Tuesday that the battle for the April 25 elections will continue.

Basha says that the victims of the 'electoral massacre' of April 25 are not the DP and its candidates, but the Albanian citizens.

He accuses the Prime Minister Edi Rama, Tom Doshi together with the 3 deputies of PSD (Social Democratic Party), Aqif Rakipi of PJIU (Party for Justice, Integrity and Unity) and his son and son-in-law who became deputies, Vangjush Dako (SP) together with the 3 deputies of Durrës, Ilir Ndraxhi, Jurgiis Çyrbja and Rrahman Rraja, as well as Aurora Mara.

He guarantees that the end of the battle started by the DP will bring to the 'overthrow of the regime'.

"April 25 is an electoral massacre, the victim of which is not the DP. Our result speaks for itself. The faith, the hopes that awakened and united, despite the unprecedented role of organized crime, dirty money, or even the blurring of lines between the party and the state; but nothing could stop the union.

One thing is for sure, as we continue to gather and factualize, all cameras and microphones should direct questions to the authors, Rama-Doshi-Rakipi. How did the 3 deputies of Tom Doshi get the votes, how did Vangjush Dako, Jurges Çyrbja, Rrahman Rraja and Ilir Ndraxhi get the votes?

How did Aqif Rakipi's son and son-in-law got the votes? How Aurora Mara and Gent Mara got the votes? Albania today proudly holds NATO membership. It carries this weight and pride, while it also carries this electoral massacre. One of the main conditions for NATO membership was the defence of democracy.

This battle will take place on all fronts, ways and opportunities. The end will be clear, the overthrow of the regime, "said Basha.
