State Police has handcuffed Wednesday a citizen with initials L. S., 34 years old, resident in Bulqiza, who stalked and blackmailed a 29-year-old woman.

Law enforcement revealed that the 34-years-old’s arrest was made after he threatened and blackmailed the woman through messages.

Meanwhile, the procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Debar for further action.
