An electrician with initials S. Gj. has been struck by lightning Friday in the Midha of Burrel as he was repairing the medium voltage line in the village.

Fortunately, the man dos not risk losing his life and suspicions are in place that the electrician fell in contact with electricity due to the atmospheric discharge.

However, the electrician was transported to Tirana Hospital after he took the initial medication in Burrel’s Regional Hospital.

On its part, the police officers and investigators have gone to the scene and are working on fully clarifying the event.

“On 07.04.2022, around 23:05 in the emergency room of Burrel hospital, the citizen S. Gj., 61 years old, resident in Komsi, Municipality of Mat (electrician) was sent for medical assistance, who was repairing the medium voltage line in the village.
