The driver of the vehicle that caused the accident with one dead a day ago in Mullet is arrested. The event took place last night on Fikas Street in Mullet, Tirana.

Official sources said that the driver of the vehicle, a citizen with the initials L. R., 32, was handcuffed, who is accused of leaving the scene after the accident, leaving the dead passenger in the car.

“Following the information given on the accident that occurred in Mullet, on 30.07.2021, with the consequent loss of life of the O.S. passenger, the Traffic Specialists made an arrest in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses "Violation of traffic rules" and "Departure from the place of the accident", of the citizen L.R., 32 years old, previously convicted for the criminal offense "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", it is said in the police notification.
