The chairman of the Democratic Party (DP), Lulzim Basha has denounced Prime Minister Edi Rama that he is abusing the taxes of the citizens with his flights by private plane. 

In a post on Twitter, Basha emphasizes the importance of necessity of vetting politicians for Albanian citizens, in order to interrupt politicians links with organized crime.

"The 52 million euros spent on government luxury also include the millions that Rama wastes on his private jet flights, with the corrupt wings of an airline exposed by Transparency International. 

This misuse of taxes by the poorest citizens of Europe shows why vetting in politics is necessary to have politicians who work for Albanian families, not for themselves, organized crime and oligarchs", said Basha.
