Democratic Party is urging police officers to immediately solve the recent assassination attempt involving a businessman, before its too late.

DP has raised the concern that the delays with which the police uncover criminal events endanger the lives of citizens.

Through a post on social networks, former MP Enkelejd Alibeaj said:

"In Himara, a businessman was killed in broad daylight; In Tirana, a businessman denounced an assassination attempt.

Both are shocking cases that show the dissolution of this government in its last months."

According to Alibeaj, the procrastination of the police in such cases is "a chronicle of another warned assassination."
