Drug Cultivation, Vlora Police Arrests Two Persons

Vlora police have arrested this Monday two persons and three others have been declared wanted on charges of cultivating narcotics. 

Police as well as prosecuted on their own recognizance three other citizens. The materials were forwarded to the Vlora Judicial District Prosecutor's Office for further action.

They have also been declared wanted for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and work is underway to apprehend citizens PN, OS and S. H, as during the control of the territory, in the territory of their homes were found cultivated suspected cannabis sativa seedlings.

"The structures of the Local Police Directorate of Vlora, in implementation of the plan of measures for the control of the territory in order to prevent the cultivation of cannabis have continued with the controls in forested areas, abandoned apartments by owners, former military units and in those apartments for which police information is available that there may be a tendency to cultivate narcotic plants. 

As a result of the controls, an attempt was made to cultivate narcotic plants and the citizens A. D., and A. Ç. were handcuffed, meanwhile, citizens E. D., B. H., and Z. B were prosecuted on their own recognizance. 

Police have also declared wanted for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and work is underway to apprehend citizens P.N, O.S and S. H, as during the control of the territory of their homes were found cultivated suspected cannabis sativa seedlings.
