Durrës Police informs that the "Currency" operation has been finalized by arresting the owner of a currency exchange shop.

According to the police, 60-year-old H.A., a resident of Durrës, was arrested for the criminal offenses "Concealment of income" and "Failure to pay taxes". Also, the blue uniforms have seized a considerable amount of money.

"This citizen was caught red-handed by the Specialists of the Section for Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes in DVP Durrës, exercising illegally the activity of foreign exchange. During the physical control and in the apartment of this citizen were found and seized, in the quality of material evidence, significant amounts of money, of various denominations. The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Durrës Judicial District Court, for further action", informed the Police.
