A fire was recorded in the basement of a 12-storey building in Elbasan city this Monday afternoon and the firefighters are evacuating residents to avoid asphyxiation.

At the time being, the fire has created panic among the citizens, while the flames have also engulfed a bar next to the “Rinia Park”.
