The Ministry of Health is learned to have given an special permit to allow 1 thousand fans in the stadium, for the Cup final between Skënderbeu and Vllzanina, which will be played this Monday at "Air Albania" Stadium, starting at 19:00.

The AFA (Albanian Football Association) does not confirm this and it was the General Secretary, Ilir Shulku himself who said that they have not yet received an answer.

According to him, the action of the Ministry for the return of the fans, should have been given before, in order for the AFA and the clubs to take measures for the tickets and to organize the match with the fans.

Meanwhile, the Ministry itself has not issued an official statement, making the situation even more unclear.

We recall that the letter was made 2 weeks ago, while the answer comes on the day of the match.

The Expert Technical Committee decided that the fans will return to the stadiums only after July 1, with an edited number of 30% of the stadium capacity. This was a decision that left a bitter taste in the AFA, because they wanted at least the final of the Albanian Cup to be played with fans.
