The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) communicated another accuse this Tuesday to the former mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro.

After the accuse 'Abuse of duty', Goro is now accused even for 'Concealment and false declaration of assets'.

At the end of the investigations, SPAK says that Goro, without performing any verification, forwarded completely falsified documents for the registration of more than 5 thousand square meters of agricultural land that were owned by the state and that passed in favor of Stavri Mëhilli, who immediately after this movement committed the transaction by registering the property at the address of the company whose administrator is Olta Xhacka's husband.

The second episode is that of the documentary displacement of 5,080 square meters of agricultural land, superimposing it on state property. In addition to the official charges, Jorgo Goro is also under investigation for a second file, as he allegedly misused his office by donating four hectares of land to the former mayor of Himara, Arqile Bollano/
