"Rakip Suli is terrorized by the upcoming local elections. He won the municipality with 6%. I was asked, as a declarant, I cannot give further explanations due to the secrecy of the investigation", said Mziu.

The current mayor of Kamza accused Mziu of abuse of office. In his report, Suli reported Mziu for allegedly favouring private entities that have been granted development and construction permits, not forcing them to pass 3 percent of the functional area for social housing in favour of the Municipality.

Referring to the urban planning law, it provides that the permit with an area of 2000 m2, 3% will be transferred to the municipality for social housing.
