The former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj returned this Tuesday in Parliament, but this time with handcuffs to testify over the Sterilization concession in front of the Inquiry Committee. 

He was forced to leave the cell today, to be questioned by his colleagues.

Beqaj was arrested on July 04, after a long investigation by the Special Prosecution against Corruption, over abuse of funds when he was Director of the Agency for Coordination of the European funds. 

He was officially taken as a defendant by this prosecution, while that time were arrested even former vice minister, Klodian Rrjepaj
