Special Court of Appeal has fined the former MP Artur Roshi ALL 800.000, for defamation and insult. 

It is learned that the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime decided to set an administrative measure of ALL 800.000, which must be paid to the citizen Ardi Cikuli, after he slandered the latter. 

The conflict between Roshi and Cikuli started after the latter denounced that he is trying to embezzle a state land, in broad daylight and in the eyes of the officials of the institutions.
