Former MP Involved in Incinerators' Affair

Former MP of the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) and later of the Socialist Party (SP), Gledion Rahovica turns out to have been a beneficiary of the Government contract with the company "Integratet Energy BV SPV" in the incinerator in Tirana. 

The father of the former MP together with two other relatives have signed a contract with the incinerator company on February 17, 2020 to give it a property for rent in Tirana in exchange for a monthly payment of 2 thousand euros. 

As it results from the document at the end of 2019, Rehovica received a contract of 2 thousand euros per month and about 1 year later he decided to leave the Socialist Movement for Integration to join the Socialist Party. 

Tomor Rahovica, the father of Gledion Rahovica, turns out to be one of the three beneficiaries of this contract. As it results from the contract, the type of property is land with an area of ??1858 m2, where about 500 m2 is a building. 

"Lease term: will be one year with the right to terminate the contract with 2 months notice. From the declaration of the parties, the term of the lease starts on 1/10/2019 and will continue for a period of 1 year with the right to renew it, with the agreement of both parties. The value of the monthly rent will be 2 thousand euros gross per month", it is stated in the contract.
