Klodian Rasha's Murderer Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison

The court sentences the former police officer, Nevaldo Hajdaraj, to 15 years in prison, accused of killing young Klodian Rasha. Due to the shortened trial, the sentence against Hajdaraj is reduced to 10 years in prison.

During Wednesday’s hearing, Hajdaraj's lawyer demanded a change of criminal offense, from “Premeditated murder” to "Murder in excess of the necessary protection" and demanded a minimum sentence.

Hajdaraj himself did not speak, but the lawyer expressed regret and conveyed condolences to the family on behalf of the client.
