In the third term of the Rama government, it is planned to give 7 new concessions which are published in the report of the pre-budget 2022 and reach the value of 1.7 billion euros. 

The first one is the construction of a segment of the Milot-Fier highway, worth 1.4 billion euro by tendering this concession in segments. 

Another new concession is the database and supervision of vehicle technical control centers. A service that has already passed to the General Directorate of Road Transport Service and that in the budget of next year is planned for the government to contract a private concessionaire who will oversee the DPSHTRR and which amounts to 165 million euros.

In addition to these contracts, next year the government plans to give a concession to Saranda airport, a project worth 34.3 million euros.

Also another concession is provided for the construction and operation of the integrated port "Triporti Vlora" and the concession for construction of gardens of some neighbourhoods in Elbasan. 

Increased road safety will be another concession in 2022 while a new concession called public key infrastructure is also planned.
