An accident involving 3 vehicles caused heavy traffic on the Durrës-Tirana highway. The road accident was registered in the area where Durrës is separated from Tirana, near Marikaj. 

As a result, there was only material damage and traffic delays. In advance, it is stated that it was a wrong overtaking on the road that caused the collision between an off-road vehicle with English license plates and a Volkswagen vehicle with Albanian license plates. 

Another vehicle with English license plates was involved in this road incident. The police that arrived at the scene performed the first actions and made it possible to return to normal traffic and in this direction of movement on the highway.
