Illegal Constructions, 3 People Detained in Dhërmi

Vlora Police has arrested 3 people after it was found out that they had carried out illegal constructions on Dhërmi coastline.

The police inform that the citizens G.B., 24 years old, A.F., 20 years old and G. Sh., 40 years old, have been handcuffed, they were found building wooden constructions along the coastline, without a construction permit from the competent authorities.

“Pursuant to the tasks defined in the action plan drafted by the General Directorate of State Police, for taking measures in order to prevent, identify and punish illegal constructions, especially within the yellow line in urban areas, the services of the Commissariat of Himara police during the control of the territory in Dhërmi, have ascertained that within the yellow line an illegal construction was being carried out.

Following the actions, the citizens G.B., 24 years old, A.F., 20 years old and G. Sh., 40 years old, were arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense "Illegal Construction", after in Dhërmi, they were found building wooden structures along coastline, not equipped with a construction permit by the competent authorities.

The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office for further procedural actions,” it is stated in the police report.
