Judge Peto Back in Race for Constitutional Court

Administrative Court of Appeal has decided to return judge Zhaklina Peto in the race for a position at the Constitutional Court (CC). Peto wins for the second time the right to continue the race for being a member of the Constitutional Court. 

Justice Appointments Council (KED) disqualified her for not meeting the criteria. Meanwhile, now KED has to verify judge Peto for the third time. 

Zhaklina Peto graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1995 and holds a Master's degree in Civil Sciences and a PhD. She has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law since 1996 and the author of several books in the field of law.
