Court of Korça has sentenced to 3.4 years in prison citizen Rudolf Merolli, who a year ago was reported to the police by his daughter for sexual harassment.

Albaniandailynews.com has learned that the prosecution sought a sentence of 6 years in prison for Merolli, while the court sentenced the 37-year-old to 5 years in prison. His sentence was reduced to 1/3 of due to the shortened trial.

In front of the Prosecutor, the perpetrator stated earlier that the night the incident took place, he was under the influence of narcotics and did not remember anything.

Merolli was accused by his daughter of sexual harassment after consuming hashish. There were also wiretaps from the girl, who had recorded him during the erotic conversations that the 37-year-old had had in the apartment.
