Lezha Police have handcuffed this Thursday 41-year-old Ardit Isufi from Kurbin, for the criminal offense "Illegal Construction". 

He was arrested as the Police exercised checks on Tala beach in Shengjin to crack down on constructions without the permission of the authorities. Meanwhile, the procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office at the Lezha Court of First Instance, for further action. 

"Following the actions, by the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Lezha Police Commissariat, the arrest was made in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense "Illegal Construction" of the citizen A.I., 41 years old, resident in Kurbin. This citizen was caught red-handed by the Police services making a beach bar without permission by pouring concrete on public beach land. The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office at the Lezha Court of First Instance, for further action," stated the Police.
