Two people were arrested by the police during an operation codenamed "Midnight" in Shengjin. 

During the control of the vehicle they were traveling in, the blues found in the car trunk a machine gun with a comb with bullets, which were seized as material evidence, together with the vehicle. 

A.Sh., 37, and A.V., 27, residents of Malësi e Madhe, both previously convicted of drug trafficking, were handcuffed. The materials were forwarded to the Lezha Judicial District Prosecutor's Office for further action. 

"Based on the information received on the operational road, for a citizen who was circulating with firearms in the vehicle, a police operation codenamed "Mesnata" was organized and finalized, within which the Special Force "Eagle" in DVP Lezha, in cooperation with the Lezha Police Station, in the place called "Shengjin Roundabout", have located and stopped the suspected vehicle. 

During the control exercised in the vehicle type "Range Rover", driven by the citizen A.Sh., and the passenger citizen AV, in the trunk of this vehicle was found an automatic firearm with a comb with bullets, which were seized as material evidence together with the vehicle," made known the Police.
