Wednesday marked the last session in the Albanian Parliament for many MPs of this legislature. Specifically, 28 MPs of this legislature that was closed, ran for another term in the elections of April 25 but failed to win the privileges for another 4 years. 

But apart from those who did not win, another group from the current Socialist Party MPs will no longer be in September, as they did not run on April 25 and among them are the names of Ditmir Bushati, Anastas Angjeli, Musa Ulqini, Adnor Shameti, Ardiana Jaku, Alket Hyseni, Anduel Xhindi, as well as some of the veterans like Besnik Baraj, Vasilika Hysi or Eglantina Gjermeni who decided to leave on their own.
