Lushnja police have arrested a man for organizing games of chance, an asset banned by law in Albania. According to the blue uniforms, the name of the citizen was K.D., 27 years old, resident in Lushnja.

During the check in the bar, 4 gambling machines, 1 laptop, 2 tablets and 7 televisions were found and seized, which were used to carry out illegal gambling activity.

Controls continue to prevent, identify and crack down on illegality. As a result of the controls, a case of illegal activity in the field of gambling was cracked down.

The electronic equipment that was used for the exercise of this activity is seized, the administrator of the place where the activity was exercised is arrested in flagrante delicto.

During the search of the premises rented by the citizen K. D., 4 gambling machines, 1 laptop, 2 tablets and 7 televisions were found and seized, which were used for exercising the illegal activity of gambling.

At the end of the investigative actions, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Lushnja Police Commissariat arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen K.D., 27 years old, resident in Lushnja, for the criminal offenses “Organizing illegal gambling”.

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office at the Lushnja Court of First Instance, for further action.
