The perpetrator who killed two people this Tuesday evening in Roskovec, Altin Kuka was surrendered to the police.

After he killed Gramoz and Vladimir Kurtaj in Kurjan village of Roskovec, Kuka went to the nearest police station and accepted the crime. 

Police arrested him immediately, as the 49-year-old said that there conflicts between the two families.
