New Details on Shkodra Murder, Victim Has Criminal Past
New details have emerged from the murder of 58-year-old Sokol Çelaj in Malësia e Madhe during Thursday night.
The 58-year-old man who was killed in Malësia e Madhe, very close to his apartment, had a criminal past. Çelaj worked in the police years ago and in 1989 he killed a person with a service weapon.
The court at that time considered the murder by negligence and Çelaj spent about 6 years in prison, to then go to England. However it is reported that the conflicts between the two families were extinguished. Thus the police still do not have a main investigation lead for which they are investigating.
The victim had returned from England only a few days ago, while at the time of the execution, his wife was in the car with him. (Read also)
