Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has declared that Kosovo in dialogue with Serbia remains committed, constructive and creative. 

During the speech at the meeting of the Parliamentary Committee for the Stabilization-Association Agreement with the EU, Kurti declared that the basic agreement between Kosovo and Serbia constitutes an advancement of the relations between the two countries. 

"As for the dialogue with Serbia, we are committed, constructive and creative. We believe that the basic agreement between Kosovo and Serbia constitutes an advancement of relations between the two states", he emphasized. 

Meanwhile, Kurti also spoke about the rights of minorities in Kosovo, underlining that the Constitution of Kosovo provides the right framework for respecting the rights of minorities.
