Prime Minister Edi Rama gave 100 days' time to Police chiefs to bring to justice those who are engaged in any kind of illegality as a camera surveillance system is being implemented in Albania.

The system of cameras that will monitor every corner of the territory will start to be implemented. Rama stated that this system will initially start to apply to monitor on the main roads and then be extended to the whole country so that the police have 24-hour eyes in every corner. 

He said that super-intelligent drones will be made available to the police, which will provide real-time information on any cannabis root, illegal construction, movement of vehicles or criminal forces, agricultural land, river, forest and so on. Rama had an ultimatum for the leaders, emphasizing that they have only 100 days and no more days, to bring to justice criminals so that citizens can breathe freely.

"We are working to finally carry out camera monitoring of the main roads and then to spread throughout the territory to enable the police to have 24-hour surveillance over the territory.
