Prime Minister Edi Rama informed that a memorandum of understanding has been signed for the cooperation of the Michigan State University and the Albanian universities. 

Rama traveled recently to the United States where he met in Detroit with the Dean of International Programs and Studies at the University of Michigan, Steven Hanson. 

Albanian Prime Minister has posted a video on "Facebook" from the meeting with Hanson, along with which he writes that the government is working to enable the opening of the road between Albanian and international universities, in order to have joint programs and projects. 

"Detroit, Michigan - At Michigan State University with Dean of International Studies and Programs, Steven Hanson and the management team of this prestigious American university, on the way to opening our universities to international universities, with joint programs and projects, which will 'enable Albanian youngsters to study at a high level without necessarily leaving Albania," stated Rama.
