A 33-year-old man, Marklen Haka was arrested this Friday in Nikel.

Haka is a know person for police. He escaped a murder attempt against him on 2019, where his aunt was killed covering him with her body.

He was initially arrested when he was just 20 years old, for murder. Then on 2011 was arrested by Tirana prosecution for the murder of a businessman N.Z. and then released for absence of evidences.
