Suspected perpetrator of the murder of 29-year-old Jurgen Duka (Mezini) is Arbër Sula, 27, a resident of Sauk, a police officer in duty as a crimes agent in DVP Dibër and who at the time of the event was out of service.

Several hours after the murder, the police announced that after examining the film footage and the verifications carried out, "it has become possible to identify the suspected perpetrator of the murder, who is a citizen A. S., resident in Sauk, police officer in DVP Dibër".

Based on the statements received from the persons who were present at the scene, the police says that the crime occurred after an instant conflict and the suspected perpetrator was not on duty during the event.

On the other hand, the Police officers found 2.8 grams of cocaine in the clothes that the victim was wearing.

“In continuation of the actions carried out by the investigative group, after reviewing the film footage and verifications carried out, it became possible to identify the suspected perpetrator of the murder of citizen JD (M.), who is a citizen AS, resident in Sauk, employee police in DVP Dibër.

From the investigative actions carried out and the statements received from the persons who were present at the scene, it resulted that the event occurred after an instant conflict and the suspected perpetrator was not on duty during the event.

Also, the investigative group during the control of the clothes of the citizen J. D. (M.), found and seized a quantity of 2.8 grams of suspected narcotic substance cocaine, while at the scene were seized a pistol cartridge and a DVR with film footage of the event”, notified the police.
