President of Albania, Ilir Meta congratulated Kosovo on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of its Independence. 

Through a Facebook post, the Head of State expresses his gratitude to the martyrs, fighters and fathers of Kosovo's Independence. Meta says that Albania and Kosovo will always stand side by side. 

"Happy Independence Day dear Kosovo! Eternal gratitude to the Heroes, Martyrs, fighters and fathers of Kosovo Independence! Albania and Kosovo are always next to each other!" noted Meta.
