Released Officers Urge Internal Affairs to Investigate Fier ‘Eagles’ Shooting at Car

Service for Internal Affairs and Complaints (SHCBA) and Fier Prosecution must inquire into the case that the “Eagle” Special Forces shoot towards a vehicle with 2 civilians inside, appealed Saturday the Association of Released Police Officers – 2013.

The Association claims that the Special Forces fired shots to the vehicle and demands that all facts proving the opposite are made public.

On its part, Fier Police explained that "at no time have police officers used firearms either in the air or in the direction of the vehicle", although two young men, moving with a vehicle type "Benz", in the place called "Black Bird", did not obey the order of the Police Officer to stop, but were stopped during the pursuit and were escorted to the premises of Fier Police Commissariat.

Requests by Association of Released Officers to the police as below:

1 - Make transparent from the vehicle registration book the time of entry and exit of the vehicle with license plate TR 4372 P from the Fier Police Commissariat.

2 - Make transparent from the book of escorted persons the time of escort and release of citizens Imanuel Vasillaq Gjino and Kevin Anesti Bare.

3 - Present the minutes of the administrative measure with date and time to the driver, to the citizen Imanuel Vasillaq Gjino.

4 - Present the video footage of the security cameras at the entrance of the Local Directorate of Fier to document the entrances and exits of the vehicle and the above mentioned persons.

5- DVP Fier declares that the event is reflected on the web of the State Police. False. The links below from the news reflected on the SP Web for these dates do not reflect the event in question:

6- Give explanations for the reason of not covering in the communiqué dated 15.12.2020 the event that happened but it was reflected on 16.12.2020 after you ascertained that we are interested in you for the case and tried to come up with something as an excuse.
