There has been a flash action of RENEA  forces in Elbasan this Tuesday, where 25 apartments were checked and 15 people were accompanied to the Police Station.

To avoid deconstruction and in order to catch the criminal elements by surprise, RENEA chose to strike with another strategy, by moving with two vans without the police logo and with black windows, while at a distance it was accompanied by operational forces.

Interventions were swift in order to locate targets in premises, flats or circulating on the streets, in search for suspects.

The controls were concentrated in some neuralgic parts of the city, as well as near the apartment of the highly wanted Talo Çela, who even this time could not be handcuffed.
