The incumbent Speaker of Albanian Parliament, Gramoz Ruçi, congratulated his counterpart Talat Xhaferri on the Independence Day of Northern Macedonia.

Ruçi says that Albanians in Northern Macedonia serve as a bridge of friendship between the two neighbouring peoples.

He emphasizes that the intergovernmental roundtable for both Albania and Northern Macedonia should be held as soon as possible.

The Speaker of the Albanian Parliament, who will leave office on September 10, emphasizes that the two countries are also close partners as they are members of NATO.
