An accident occurred this Wednesday morning in the center of Shengjin city, where a van model vehicle hit a child who was crossing the road. 

The child, about 6 years old, was sent to Lezha hospital for medical treatment, but unfortunately couldn't survive the injuries. Police have arrived at the scene and have launched an investigation into the accident. 

Police preliminary notification: 

On 18.08.2021, around 08.45, in Shengjin, a van type vehicle driven by the citizen Sh.P., hit a minor aged 6 years, where as a result he received injuries and was transported to the Lezha Regional Hospital and is under medical care. 

The driver of the vehicle, citizen Sh.P., was escorted to the Lezha Police Station, for further actions.
