Premier, at the same time leader of the Socialist Party, excluded by this important structure the socialists Olta Xhaçka, Mimi Kodheli, Blerina Gjylameti, Ditmir Bushati, Ilir Beqaj and Armando Subashi.

Meanwhile some of the names, that were proposed by Rama, did not take the voted of the socialists and were also excluded. Those were Pirro Vengu, Vangjel Tavo, Delina Ibrahimaj and Klotilda Bushka.
