SPAK Requires 2.8 Years in Jail for Former Mayor of Durresi

The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) required 2.8 years in jail for former mayor of Durresi, Vangjush Dako, who is actually under house arrest.

In today's session, SPAK required at court that Dako must suffer this sentence for 'Abuse of Duty' for giving building permits in this city against the law.

The session was postponed, in order to give time the lawyers of Dako to be prepared. While other session was postponed on November 21.
