The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) will investigate the shooting in Shkodra more than a week ago, where four people died in Dobraç village.

So far, police suspects that the reason of the shooting were the two victims, Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, while the two other victims, husband and wife, died accidentally.

They were returning home after work.

One of the victims, Hamza Lici is the brother of Ibrahim Licit, declared wanted by the Albanian justice for murder committed in collaboration.

He is suspected for killing Endri Mustafa on 15 May 2021.
