Storms, Rough Sea to Engulf Albania as Winter Approaches
Weather in Albania is expected to worsen on Monday, where in addition to rain, there will be some storms, and the sea will be rough, although Saturday will be accompanied by clear weather, warned Friday Meteorologist Lajda Porja.
The weather forecaster underlined that today will be clear, with maximum temperatures that will be recorded up to 25 degrees in the low areas, and 18 degrees in the mountainous areas.
"Today and the weekend will be clear weather, today it is expected up to 25 degrees and tomorrow we will be at these values. On Sunday there will be changes, we will be at 23 degrees, however it will still be warm.
Mornings are fresh, while the maximum values are around 17 degrees, in mountainous areas and 25 degrees in low areas. Monday will be cloudy, while we expect rain on Tuesday.
There will be windstorms this day and a very rough sea. Tuesday will be the autumn day of those typical. It is not that we will expect many days of sunshine or rain. It will be alternating, during November we will have rain present", said the weather forecaster.
Afterwards, Porja said that Albania, fortunately, will not be affected by the complicated weather situation in southern Italy, where numerous floods have been recorded.
"A good part of the weather in Albania is influenced by Italy. What has engulfed Italy is the tropical storm. Although there was a problematic situation. It is not that we will have problems because the situation does not come to Albania", concluded Porja.
