Third Round to Elect New President Fails
The Albanian opposition refused to give a name for the new President as the third round for the election of the new head of state is expected to be discussed on Monday 10:00 am.
This was the last chance for the opposition to propose candidates as majority promised that the other two rounds will be used to discuss the candidates of the ruling majority.
In the last two rounds, 74 votes needed to elect the new President and majority can alone elect a new head of state.
The mandate of the actual President ends on July 4.
