Nine people have been handcuffed for various criminal offenses in Tirana during the last 24 hours. 

-It is learned that the Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section have arrested E. C., 23 years old, in flagrante delicto, after the police found a quantity of suspected cocaine. 

-Meanwhile, the specialists for the Investigation of Economic-Financial Crime arrested R. A., 52 years old, in flagrante delicto, after he was caught by the police on the “Dëshmorët e Kombit” boulevard, driving while intoxicated and with a forged driving license. 

-A 45-year-old man who used physical and psychological violence against his wife was also handcuffed. Crime Investigation Specialists at the Police Commissariat no. 2 also arrested also K. S. (Xh)., 23 years old, after exercising physical and psychological violence against his cohabitant. 

-Police have detained a 33-year-old man previously convicted of theft after the Court of First Instance Kavaja sentenced him to 8 months in prison, for the criminal offense "Introduction or possession of prohibited items in the institution of execution of imprisonment decisions." 

Traffic specialists arrested in flagrante delicto: A.B., 50, and N. Ç., 48, after being caught driving their respective vehicles while intoxicated; K.L., 20, after being caught driving the vehicle without the relevant permit; O.S., 34 years old, after last night he injured the citizen Mr. Xh., 73 years old, who is in the hospital, under the care of doctors.
