Tirana police have arrested Wednesday the 29-year-old man with initials E. D., 29 years old, resident in Tirana for the criminal offense "Coercion through threats or violence for giving property". 

According to the police, his arrest was made after the accusation made by a 19-year-old Brazilian. 

The young man had taken the passport of the 19-year-old, whom he blackmailed to give him certain amounts of money, for not publishing some of the videos he had. 

"Services of the Police Commissariat No. 6, following the work to prevent and crack down on illegality, after a report received from a 19-year-old citizen from Brazil, that a citizen blackmailed him for giving property, not to publish a video , on social networks, immediately organized the work to identify and apprehend the suspected perpetrator and finalized the police operation codenamed "Extortion". 

Thanks to professional actions, by the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 6, within a few hours, the citizen was located and arrested in flagrante delicto: 

- E. D., 29 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense "Coercion through threats or violence for giving property". 

Investigative actions have shown that the citizen E. D. had taken the passport of the 19-year-old girl, whom he blackmailed to give him certain amounts of money, for not publishing some videos that he had", said the law enforcement.
