A 23-year-old man is suspected too have drowned this Tuesday in Lalëz Bay of Durrës, considering that the 23-year-old has been missing since 14:40 earlier today.

Due to this suspicion, the Border Police Services and the Divers continue the search for him.

In the meantime, the investigative team is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of the event.

“On 17.08.2021, around 14:40, in Lalëzi Bay, Durrës, it is suspected that the citizen A. S., 23 years old, resident in Tirana, drowned while bathing in the sea”, notified the police.

Another similar incident occurred this Tuesday afternoon, where a citizen drowned bathing in Durres beach.

The police announced that the victim had the initials Sh. Xh., 76 years old and was a resident in Durrës, while the unfortunate event took place at 15:30.
