Tirane, Two Arrested for Forgery of Doctors' Signaturesm Stamps

Tirana Police has arrested this Thursday two persons, prosecuted one and declared wanted another for falsifying stamps and signatures of medical personnel. 

In the framework of the police operation codenamed "Form", it was made possible to stop the illegal activity of the below-mentioned citizens, who falsified stamps and signatures of medical personnel for renewal of driving licenses.

"The police operation codenamed "Form" is finalized. The operation conducted by the Section for Economic and Financial Crime in the Local Police Directorate of Tirana, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of the Tirana Judicial District. 

Two citizens are handcuffed, one citizen is prosecuted, and another is declared wanted. Specialists of the Section for Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of the Tirana Judicial District, after several days of investigation developed and finalized the operation codenamed "Form" as a result of which the following citizens were handcuffed: I. K., 51 years old and A. G., 32 years old, both residents of Tirana. The citizen D. F., 40 years old, was prosecuted on his own recognizance, while citizen O. D., 26 years old, was declared wanted. 

These citizens, in cooperation with each other, forged stamps and signatures of medical personnel by fictitiously filling in the forms that are filled out for the application or renewal of driving licenses. As material evidence, falsified forms, fictitiously cut non-tax coupons, falsified collection orders and mobile phones were seized. 

The materials were submitted to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance Tirana, for the criminal offense "Forgery of stamps, seals or forms" against the above-mentioned citizens," announced the Police.
